Having pain near salivary glands. It is at the ear of ear and start of jawline. What should I do to release the pain. Taking Clarithromycin will help?

It's unlikely to be salivary gland origin. You may be having lymphadenitis (inflammation of lymph nodes). You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers for few days for faster recovery
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
