I am 30 years, have endometriosis stage 4. 2 cm Cyst in left ovary. I am having right lower corner abdomen pain from 4 days. Its dull and constant. Feeling of heavyness is there also. I am on my 3rd day of period today. What can be the possible causes of the pain
