Pain in right side back and abdomen

For last 5 days pain in right side lower back and abdomen. Increases from evening. In night in changing the position it disturbs the sleep. In bending it increases. I hv Trigeminal Neurligia for last 3 years. Initially was given Megitrol but due to side effect of skin disorder that was stopped and now taking Gabantin 300 twice a day. My T score is -2. Last week Chest pain started and Echo and ECG were done. Echo report is normal but in ECG, Occasional Aterial Ectopic SR was there. Now this pain in right side lower back and associated abdomen is troubling. Please advise. Thanks and Regards.
