Pain in right shoulder

I feel moderate to severe pain in my right shoulder. Hand and shoulder movement is not restricted, and I don't feel pain when I move it or exercise. Relief only when I hold my hand over my head. Pain is severe when I lie down, relax. I think shoulder tendon is touching nerves. I can comfortably sleep in seating posture only. I recently found through tests that I am deficient to vitamin D and B12.
