Hi..I have partial ACL ligament tear and grade 3 meniscus tear.MRI also shows mild liquid diffusion..Is surgery MUST? Thanks in advance..

I agree with Dr sristi, only a few partial ACL tears need ACL reconstruction, but a grade 3 meniscal tear needs arthroscopic repair. I can guide you if you are from Hyderabad
