Pain in right hand

Hi Doctor, i am having mascular pain in my right hand (above elbow) for months. I cannot fold them back put pressure on it. Sometimes i cannot even knead a dough or comb my hairs. I tried pain relief gels, oils but didn't get the Permanent solution. Please advice. Thanks n Regards

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It could be due to tennis elbow. You have to get it evaluated to rule out tennis elbow. Nothing will give you permanent relief except for specific treatment. So as of now you can take a pain killer like tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 3 days. And get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
