Right ear is paining badly. Used solvewax but didn't help. Need the quick relief. What should I do for it

Solvewax works only when there's wax on the ear. It's not being releived means it may be something else like otitis external or otomycosis or ASOM ... U need to get otoscopy done by an ENT  for proper treatment
