I have been sensing pain in my right ear since a day. Had just cleaned it using Johnson buds, how ever I feel pain and also feel the ear is closed..

You might be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. Pain also might be secondary to impacted wax inside your ear canal.
