Pain in right breast and shoulder blade

From 3 days now my right side breast is paining which is going at back to my shoulder blade and causing difficulty for me to do anything. Can anyone please suggest me the cause and where i should consult this ? Would this be something to do with any gynae issue or have to be checked with some other ?
