Pain in right arm

Few days back, I started experiencing pain in right arm because of extensive physical work. After applying relaxyl gel ointment the pain is going off but again the pain aggravates once I do little physical work. The pain is there in right arm at certain places...near wrist bone, near elbow muscle, shoulder muscle.

u should had to give it rest for longer time, due to extensive physical work it had lead to some muscular sprain or tendinitis , resulting to constant inflamation. due to rotator cuff injury this hsould be supported by muscle relaxant and hot foemntation and physiotherapy. kindly elaborate ur symptoms for reaching a conclucion
