Pain in right abdomen while defecating

I am a girl in my early twenties. Out of the 3 times while defecating, I experienced some pain 2 times in the right side of the abdomen. I think it maybe because of the heavy object that I lifted two times yesterday. I feel no pain or discomfort while urinating. Please help me.

[ ] Hi, right side of abdominal discomfort generally happens due to problem in liver/ gall stone or gastritis and rarely due to infection in right part of colon .Other causes of lower right pain abdomen are appendicitis and right uretric stone colic. Kindly get a ultrasound of abdomen to rule out liver and biliary cause. Take light food for few days. Feel free to ask any further quary related to your problem. Regards.
