Pain in right abdomen

I having mild pain in right side of abdomen for few weeks and for dry lips. It aches more once I get up from sitting position

To establish a diagnosis first you have to get an ultrasound abdomen done . That will tell whether you have gall stones, appendicitis or inflammation of intestine or not.
