Pain in ribs in left of breast

I hv pain in ribs in the left of my breast since last two days. Sometimes I feel same pain in my neck too. Yesterday all night I felt that pain n still it is same. What should I do.

It's muscule pain not related to heart. Take TAB PARACETAMOL 500 MG TWICE A DAY FOR NEXT 3 days
