Sharp persistent pain on sides of rib cage, particularly right side for 4months. Pain radiates towars upper and middle back. terribly increases while lying down. Also chest pain in deep breathing and coughing. tingling in right hand and right leg. Mild pain in left chest also. pain killer and hotpad did not work

Hello. Cause of such pain can be various, like pleurisy or cardiac cause or any local nerve entrapment. As painkillers have failed to reduce the pain, further examination is needed. Kindly followup with me in clinic. Take tab TRYPTOMER 10mg 1 tab at bedtime. It may help with the pain. Hope this helps.
