I have been feeling pain in my right testicle.In erection some watery thing come out from my penis.If these come more I feel pain in my right testicle, under it, and rectum.The pain sometime lasting 2 days.For these my erection is low.There is an external pile in my anus I think.But I feel pain inside the right side of my rectum.Now day by day I am being suffering erectile dysfunction I think.What is the reason and what can I do.Still I feel pain in rectum.
