Pain in the right rear side of the Back around the rhomboid major region. Pain starts at that region and goes till the rear side of the neck.

Looks like a trigger point in the involved rhomboidus which is referred pain to the neck. You need an seessment to confirm diagnosis. Then release of the trigger point. Along with good stretching and strengthening exercises.
