Pain in perineum on ejaculation

I feel pain in perineum area,  of muscle spasm/contraction, during ejaculation, when semen is coming out. the pain does not happen during masturbation, but only during ejaculation. the pain disappears after ejaculation completes. It happens mainly when masturbating after a long time.
