I masturbate a lot , even more than 3 times daily but recently i am having frequent erections which are very sensitive and have also developed a pain in my penis ,the pain is there even after not masturbating for a couple of days , after masturbation i have heightened sensation at the tip of my penis . I also feel my penis size is shrinking especially the girth.I am afraid i have damaged my penis.plz help
