I am having pain in my penis since 2 weeks.due to masturbating frequently I developed lot of vein and in past few days one of the bigger vein is paining a lot. I am applying ice there is it fine?also can you tell any other home remedy?I am avoiding to go to hospital due to pandemic.Also can you tell me if there is any reason to worry?

Give rest to masturbation , dont panic, spme veins are common on penis , tab hifenac p one tablet once  when needed,

avoid masturbation  for 15 days, realise that masturbation  is allowed but safely
