Good morning doctor, I am experiencing a burning sensation and pain in my penis during ejaculation since two weeks. However, my urine flow remains normal, and I have not noticed any blood in my urine or semen. As a patient with hypertension, I am concerned about any potential underlying health implications.  I would appreciate your guidance on possible causes and the appropriate treatment.
