Pain in passing urine and stool

My mother in law traveled for 2 hours via bike and in evening she is going through the pain in passing stool and urine. What may be the issue. Is it due to cold ? What should we do? She is little okay after 2 days but is there any thing to worry about?

I think that because of pressure due to long motorcycle ride. If problem will be persisted then consult respective doctors.
