Pain in one side of stomach near abdomin

On left side of my stomach near abdominal, I can feel some type of small muscle and it's been there from more than a year but now while touching I feel little pain . That is inside mu skin but while touching I can feel it. I have attached a photo , where I pointed my finger . I could feel something is there inside ...while pressing there I get little pain .

Need to know more about the pain before commenting. If you are sure, you can feel something, it’s better to take a ultrasound scan of the abdomen and then get a medical opinion.
