Pain in nerves

I have experienced some jolts while rideing bike from then I had some kind of pain in nerves around lower abdomen and testical.first I had this pain in left side n my left testis size is samller than other now but it is shifted 2 right side. A physician told me 2 wear tight under wear n gave some medicines few months ago but it came again. Im really worried abt it please help me

Hi. It seems you have strained lower back or hydrocele or some local problem. Consult nearby physician. It requires proper physical examination.
