I have pain in neck since 2 days.but today it got lite bit severe .i think during meal hair has stick inside my throat .so i wanted to know that what is the remedy for this.. Reply as soon as possible .. It is urget

You might be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. I think you are referring your throat rather than neck. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days.
