Pain in neck and right shoulder

I am suffering from neck and right shoulder pain and gone through with MRI which has been prescribed by a ortho and attached the reports. Report: As per report having an issue with C3-C4 9mm. Didn't understand it well need suggetion to proceed with treatment. Please go through my reports and guide me to proceed further. Thank you, Naresh K
