I have pain in my right side lower stomach and in lower back pain.. When I bend down or walk the pain is increased.. I have polio in my right leg... What will be the reason pl help

If the pain is radiating from right side of stomach to umbilicus. Rule out appendicitis. Radiating to back means. Rule out any Renal or Ureteric calculi.
Next Steps
USG abdomen and pelvis. please like if it's helpful
