8 months ago during my exercise time ;i started to feel pain in my left testicle;first of all i thought it was due to my age;but after few days ;i noticed that the size of my left testis is gradually decreasing as compared to my right testis;i feel regularly pain in my left testis and due to that sometimes nightfall also occurs ;from last 2 weeks pain is gradually increases and i usually i have nightfall problems
