Hello,
You need to strenghten your muscles well before you start workout.
Your physio may help you with that as he can assess and know how much is strength of your shoulder' s individual muscles and which exercise you can start with at gym and which not.
Would advise not to start vigorous workout and weight lifting immediately as chances of it reoccuring are high.
You will be surely be totally cured and will be able able to workout as before but have to give time to it to heal .
