Pain in middle of chest

I have pain in middle of chest last month when i work it feels me pain and full breathing in chest it also fell . Pain is normal but it leaves reullar

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I'm not sure what you mean exactly. A proper history and a clinical examination along with a few tests will be required to diagnose the problem.
