Experiencing pain in lower back side since 2 days. Woke up in morning and pain started along with dryness in mouth.Forward bending is difficult. I have history of kidney stones. Is this kidney stone pain?If yes pls suggest good medicine for pain.

pain is associated with change in posture it is less likely to be a kidney stone.but since you have a history of kidney stone it would be suggested to get an ultrasound abdomen screening to rule out
