Tab. Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks, then monthly × 6 months
Tab. Calcium carbonate + Vitamin D3 (500 mg elemental calcium + 250 IU Vit D3) once or twice daily with meals
Analgesic (SOS): Tab. Paracetamol 650 mg TDS after meals if pain is severe
Encourage sunlight exposure (20–30 min/day)
Nutrient-rich diet: milk, curd, eggs, fish, nuts
If anemia → add iron
If hypothyroidism → levothyroxine (after confirmation)
