It pains in left testicle since last 2 days, sometimes it pains from left abdomen o left testicle. Help

Essential to rule out stone in ureter, take ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis. If there pain predominantly in the scrotum, then you would require ultrasound of scrotum as well.
