Pain in left testicle
I feel pain in my upper region of left scrotum. The pain is not continuous but I feel it when it is pressed or under stress/movement. It causes a little abdominal pain also. I am feeling a little dizziness cause of the pain. Please suggest what it might be and what doctor should I visit.

You plz go for USG SCROTAL with KUB REGION , coz there are many reasons which may cause these symptoms like stone, epidedymitis, etc... These ultrasounds will reveal very important information...... Than best can be advised..... Best of luck
