Pain in left side of the neck

Havin tingling pain in left neck area from a long time. Seems like nerve is getting pressed whenever move my neck around along with stiffness. Also developed headache on left side and seems a bit heavier along with mild pain in left ear. Little bit swollen on left side of head. Currently on medication taking etoshine Mr, trinerve lc and shelcal hd. X-ray is normal. Blood pressure too is normal

It's better u undergo an Mri cervical spine to see if any root compression in spine, but better to do after neurological examination
