I'm having a sharp pain from my left hip bone till groins and also on the left lower back. Also I have pain while lifting weights. I had a injury in my groins during late school days. Off late, I took Arnica-30, 3 doses per day 3 pills each, as pain was severe. I'm a smoker and have liquor sometimes. Request diagnosis and medication.
