Hell, I have swollen gland below my law only on left side. I have cold also on left side nostril. My jaw, teeth, head and cheek hurt on left side. I tried saltwater gargle, but without much use. Can u pls suggest what kind of problem is this? And if we need antibiotic for such problems.
