Pain in left leg calf

Last night I had sudden shooting/unbearable pain in left leg calf while sleeping. It lasted for just few seconds and then was fine after I moved the leg. However, still there is some pain especially while stretching. No swelling. Please advise.

Hello,  Such pain is called cramp they are due to accumulate metabolites or deficiency os calcium. Adv ASSESSMENT OF VIT D3 and VITB12. Cosult a general physician MD.till than cavit pm one at night for few days.ok.
