Pain in Left Hand Finger Tips

I had this problem for past eight months. I having intermittent pain and swelling in my Left hand Thumb, Index & Middle finger tips. Sometimes in ring fingers also. But now I having continues pain and swelling in my fingers. Please anyone tell me that "Why I am had this pain and What is the problem with me.??" And also suggest me a solution or treatment for this.! Thank you.!!
