For past 1 month, i am having pain in between left hand and chest.. sometimes its radiating through left hand..pain not huge..i took 2d echo,tmt ,chest xray and ultrasound..all came normal ..i am.having gaustic issues since 2 months, currently taking razo-l tabs..i am worried about whether its related to heart or not..do i need to go for any further tests like endoscopy or ct angiography or have to consult orthopaedic..i am confused.. please suggest

Normal TMT makes this pain unlikely heart related. This could be cervical spine related. Get MRI spine done. No further heart tests needed
