Hello, I understand your pain and hope it is not bothering you. This unilateral side pain is not so common but can be seen in 45% of people with different types of causes. It may be because of migraine, ear infection internal or external, sinusitis, mastoiditis, arteritis etc.. It needs examination before its treated. So kindly consult a ENT specialist for your help.
