Experiencing a pain in Left chest since a year. The pain is excruciating and eternal. Becomes more painful after gym specially after bench press. There is no problem with breathing but the pain sometimes extends till left arm, sometimes till elbow and sometimes till the palms. Im a smoker and also drink regularly. Had got an X-ray done last year but nothing adverse came our. What should I do

Consult Now
Get an ECG and Echo done If both are normal get a TMT done to rule out CAD Consult a cardiologist Stop smoking
