Pain in left bottom side at rib cage

4 days back I got very bad pain in left bottom side of ribs and left shoulder. I take Anti spasmodic tablet and antacid and got relief. And daily I am getting pain from last 4 days in same stomach area and shoulder but a bearable pain. I had gastric problem and I take rablet-d on daily basis. Plz suggest me .. Thanks

Don't take tablets unnecessarily. If u are suffering from this problem from long time, get one endoscopy done . If it's gastritis then treatment can be started specific to that .
