Pain in left base of skull

I am facing skull pain at the base of the left side of the skull which comes and goes, it comes when standing or walking or strains the neck, but there is no proper pattern, also comes when I am hungry. I am diagnosed with early cervical spondylolysis taking treatment for stiffness of left neck and shoulder Is this is due to that
