Pain in left arm and hand

Burning and stinging Pain in back,arm,hand since 3 weeks. Under tt of neurologist but no relief Taken physiotherapy for 3 days,wearing cervical collar.not able to sleep whole night properly due to severe pain. Please guide about the tt procedure

Hello.. Well I understand your pain but you need to understand that you are going in the right direction...you will get relieved of the symptoms but it will be gradual...do not panic or worry...continue the physiotherapy and exercises...it is very important..thank you
