Since yesterday i have developed a pain in my left abdomen and left testicles,after masterbation.After i drink good amount of water, the pain decreases but after sometime it starts again.

Pain in left side of abdomen radiating down to testicle can be due to a kidney stone which has passed down to the ureter, a tube which carries urine from kidney to bladder. Please get following tests done ... 1) Urine routine and culture 2) X-ray KUB region 3) Ultrasound of kidneys, ureter and bladder Meanwhile  you can take Tab Meftal Spas once or twice a day For pain.
