Its been 3 months since i delivered. I have bèen facing severe backache n constant knee pain since then. My knee pain has now spread to calves area till feet. I feel pain even in sleep now.

it cud be deep vein thrombosis..was it a c-section. deep vein thrombosis is a condition where blood get clotted in veins and cz bursting type of pain swelling n calf muscle tenderness. if its DVT..u need to get a leg Doppler dine which is a sort of ultrasound which look fr blood clots
