Pain in knee

Pain in knee from one month, doctor said it is a meniscus tear grade 1 but can't rely on MRI as they are not 100% accurate if the pain will not improve. Please suggest

There are specific clinical test available to check for Meniscus involvement, if the Meniscus is injured it can be assessed and treated/operated by the Orthopaedic Arthroscopic Surgeon
