Pain in inner thigh crease region

I am experiencing an aching pain in inner thigh crease region. It has been going on for about two months. It hurts more when walking, bending, standing certain ways, sitting Indian style, and when I cross my foot over my knee and try to stretch this area. It sends a shooting pain down my knee to my heel. When I was about 10 and ultrasound revealed "lumps" in this area. they made it hard to walk. The day of my surgery they mysteriously disappeared. I am now 22 and it's the same sort of pain.
