White mucus like substance coming out from puncta and there is pain in inner corner of the eyelid and bridge of the right nose. Please suggest what to do.

It could be dacrocystitis. Plz consultant a doctor asap, u might need oral antibiotics. Picture is not clear enough to make a diagnosis.
