hi ! due to heavy weight lifting sometimes which causes pressure on abdomen, you may develop pain with or without swllings in low abd regions like groins, loins etc. avoid lifting weight for a period of time may be for 3-4 days or a week and see if the pain subsides, you may continue your gym or else, consult a physician and try to find out what might be the reason for pain and go for medication if needed.
